1. TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Welcome to Continuing Education for the Culture™, a continuing education program offered by Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective (“Profound Peace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for, purchasing, or participating in a program offered through this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Continuing Education Programs

Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective is a National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 8030.

Continuing education credit is awarded only when participants meet the requirements established for the individual program. Requirements may include attendance for the full program, participation in required activities, and completion of an evaluation or other documentation.

Participants are responsible for confirming that a program meets the continuing education requirements of their individual licensing or credentialing board. Approval by NBCC does not guarantee acceptance by every licensing board, profession, state, or jurisdiction.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed when payment is successfully completed unless otherwise stated.

Registrations are intended for the individual named at registration and may not be shared among multiple participants.

Discount codes, promotional pricing, and other special offers are subject to the stated eligibility requirements and expiration dates and cannot generally be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

For live continuing education programs, participants may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled program date.

Requests received fewer than 7 calendar days before the program are nonrefundable. However, at our discretion, registration may be transferred to another eligible participant if the request is made before the program begins.

Failure to attend a program, late arrival, early departure, or failure to complete requirements necessary to receive continuing education credit does not entitle the participant to a refund.

If Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective cancels a program, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid. If a program must be rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled program or receive a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Continuing Education Credit and Certificates

Participants must satisfy all stated program requirements to receive continuing education credit. Attendance requirements will be communicated for each program.

Certificates are issued only to participants who successfully complete the requirements for the program. Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective cannot award partial credit unless specifically permitted for the program.

Participants are responsible for maintaining copies of their continuing education certificates and submitting documentation to their licensing or credentialing boards as required.

Professional and Educational Disclaimer

Programs offered through Continuing Education for the Culture™ are intended for professional education and development. Participation does not constitute psychotherapy, clinical consultation regarding a specific client, legal advice, or individualized professional advice.

Educational content is not a substitute for applicable laws, ethical codes, licensing regulations, workplace policies, or independent professional judgment.

Participant Conduct

We are committed to creating learning environments that support respectful discussion, professional engagement, and thoughtful exploration of culture, identity, power, and clinical practice.

Participants may be removed from a program for disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Removal for violation of these expectations may result in forfeiture of continuing education credit and registration fees.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, program materials, presentations, worksheets, recordings, frameworks, graphics, and other educational content are owned by Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective and/or the individual presenter and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials are provided for the registered participant's individual professional and educational use. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, record, upload, or otherwise share program materials without prior written permission.

Recording live programs by participants is prohibited unless express written permission has been provided.

Technology

Participants are responsible for having adequate internet access and technology necessary to participate in virtual programs. We are not responsible for an individual participant's internet connection, device failure, or other technology problems outside our control.

If a significant technology issue on our end prevents delivery of a program, we will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, transfer, or refund.

Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to program schedules, presenters, content, or delivery when circumstances require. When a material change affects a participant's ability to attend or substantially changes the purchased program, we will communicate available options.
